Spartan Booster Club Mebership Means
The San Juan Spartan Booster Club is an organization of parents and supporters that help enrich the experience of students of San Juan High School. It acts as a liaison between the school, parents and community surrounding San Juan.
The Booster Club helps to raise funds for activities and programs throughout the school. In the past year the Boosters have:
· Sponsored a spirit bus to the final football game of last season
· Raised funds towards the Culinary Academy's participation in a Southern California competition
· Raised funds to replace football equipment and assist in sending the team to summer camp
· Worked with Baseball Coach Watson to obtain training equipment for the benefit of all athletics
The Club has five primary sources of generating funds for use at the school: Membership dues, Booster Club merchandise sales, net proceeds from Snack-Bar operations, Annual Alumni Challenge basketball game and annual Fire-Works stand.
Volunteer members coordinate these events and many more. We ask everyone who cares for the students of San Juan to join the Booster Club, and actively support our students by donating a little time to ensure the success of our events and efforts. Open meetings are held monthly to invite new ideas and keep everyone informed about the projects we are working on
For your membership, you will receive discount admission to Football and Basketball games, and eligibility for graduate scholarships.
